What to Expect During a Commercial Renovation Project
The Renovation Journey
Knowing what to expect can alleviate the stress of a commercial renovation. Here is the typical lifecycle of a project.
Phase 1: Strip Out and First Fix
This is the messy part. Old fixtures are removed, and the 'first fix' of electrical and plumbing systems is installed within the walls and ceilings.
Phase 2: Second Fix and Finishes
Walls are closed, plastering is done, and the 'second fix' (sockets, lighting fixtures, sanitaryware) is completed. Flooring and decoration follow.
Phase 3: Joinery and Handover
Custom furniture and final branding elements are installed. A thorough snagging process ensures every detail is perfect before the keys are handed back to you.
